Getting to the conference venue
The IDHEAP is the local organiser of the IFIP
EGOV 2010 and
ePart 2010 conferences, from August 29th until September 2nd 2010.
Registration
Authors and participants have to get a "membership card" as this will be their badge during the conference, which will be distributed upon arrival. Registration of a second paper or of additional pages are to be bought as additional "events", as well as external participant at the social event or one-day registration (available in July).
Please note that authors may only choose the "membership card" option, otherwise they registration will not be valid.

Accommodation
Some hundred rooms are pre-booked for the duration of the conference, in collaboration with Lausanne Tourisme. Before
booking, please select your arrival and departure dates in order for hotel availibility to be shown.
Conference venue
eGOV 2010 and ePart 2010 will take place in
IDHEAP's new building (we are moving in June 2010).
How to get there
This building is located on the campus of the
University of Lausanne; the address is
Rue de la Mouline 28, 1022 Chavannes-près-Renens.
By plane
The easiest way is to fly to
Geneva Airport, and then take the train directly from the airport to Lausanne (a ride of about 45 minutes).
By train
From Lausanne railway station
> Metro M2 going to "Croisettes", change at the station "Lausanne-Flon"
> Then the metro M1 (TSOL) going to "Renens CFF"
> Get off at "Mouline"
